Cleaning a database before a campaign
Reduce pre-activation commercial waste by monitoring the quality of the database.
An uncleaned database compromises results: it increases false positives, disperses sales efforts, and makes performance metrics harder to interpret.
Things to Check
- duplicates
- non-target companies
- irrelevant contacts
- non-priority countries
- improperly named functions
- outdated data
- Missing LinkedIn URLs
- Inconsistency between the company, the role, and the message
- no recent trigger
- lack of a body of evidence
