Reading an Alignment Score

Understanding the score that links the target audience, offer, message, channel, and point of contact.

The Alignment Score measures the consistency between the target, the offer, the message, the channel, and the timing of the interaction. It helps inform decisions before taking any sales action.

Reading the Score

  • 0–49 — Insufficient preparation — Correct before activation
  • 50 to 74 — Activation possible under certain conditions — Adjust target, message, or data
  • 75 to 100 — Campaign can be activated — Launch with piloting
